Jack the Ribber is based out of London, Ontario. The backbone of their operation is an "Ole Hickory Pits" wood burning smoker that smokes 226 St Louis racks at a time. The finished product, ribs, chicken, is bbg'd on a wood burning, hickory open flame BBQ.
